Hotel Information HOTEL INFORMATION PRESENTING RESIDENTS & FELLOWS: For presenters accompanied by a preceptor, hotel costs for the presenter are covered by the conference and arrangements will be made for you. All presenting residents and fellows attending the Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference should complete and return the conference registration form no later than March 14th. Hotel reservations for presenting residents and fellows will be made by the conference as soon as the registration form is received. Registrations received after March 14th will not be guaranteed hotel space or that the conference will pay for hotel rooms. If a resident is going to share a room with a preceptor, please note the request in the special request section.
