CE Credit is available for $20.00 (non-refundable) at the Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference Registration Desk during the conference. The Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference will accept cash or check (all checks should be made out to “Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference”).
Please Note:
In order to receive CE credit, participants must complete all speaker evaluation forms during the conference, complete and submit the CME Registration Form and CE Credit Request Form (available at the conference and attached below), pay a $20.00 fee, and complete all post-conference online surveys for each presentation attended.
