Deadlines for the Conference are: March 13th •  Registration for all who will attend conference •  Abstract Submission for presenters   <<Travel Notice>> Over the last several years funding for the Midwest Pharmacy Resident's Conference has been extremely difficult to secure. Therefore the National Planning Committee has regrettably made the decision that the conference can NO LONGER FUND THE RESIDENTS TRAVEL TO THE CONFERENCE. It is now the responsibility of each institution and/or resident to fund the resident(s) travel to the conference. At this time the conference will pay for up to two (2) nights for resident(s) hotel accommodations. <<Hotel Notice>> •  Resident Reservation Deadline – March 13th •  All presenters are responsible for making their own hotel reservations online.  PLEASE CLICK HERE if you are a resident and would like to make reservations at Embassy Suites.  If you have any question or problems making your reservations online please contact Embassy Suites directly at 1-402-346-9000 or 1-800-EMBASSY and explain that you are making reservations for the Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference as a RESIDENT. •  Preceptors, Sponsors and Exhibitors are also responsible for making their own hotel reservations.  It is important that ALL residents stay at The Embassy Suites during our conference.  Due to a limited number of rooms available at The Embassy Suites we are requesting that all Preceptors, Sponsors and Exhibitors make their hotel arrangements at The Magnolia Hotel to ensure adequate space at The Embassy Suites for residents.  If you are a Preceptor, Sponsor or Exhibitor and would like to make reservations, you will need to contact The Magnolia Hotel – Omaha directly at 1-402-341-2500 or 1-888-915-1110.  Explain that you are making reservations for the Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference and reference Group Code OMA-GF434.  Please specify whether you are a conference preceptor, sponsor or exhibitor.
